Rudolf is internationally certified coach that comes from executive environment. He gained vast amount of experience with leading people. For 20 years he successfully worked in two from the Top 5 global consumer goods companies. Rudolf played numerous leadership roles in the production, supply chain and logistics, sales support, customer service as well as shared services. He was involved in various projects in the countries of Northern and Southern America, Central and Eastern Europe, India, China and Czech Republic. Rudolf earned highly prestigious professional accreditation CPCC, which is very unique on CEE market.

Rudolf gained profound hands-on experience with real and virtual teams in multinational environment. He is excited about the modern leadership quest how to build highly effective teams whilst increasing employees’ engagement. He believes in the inner power of teams that can be energized thanks to the inspiring visionary leadership, utilizing the strengths of each individual and mindfulness in the workplace.

He acted as President of Czech ICF (International Coach Federation) in years 2016 to 2018.
