HRM INTERNATIONAL CAREER
The HRM International Career mentoring program is designed for HR professionals who aspire to advance their careers on an international scale.
This program helps participants understand the nuances of working within global structures, develop key skills needed for effective HR management across different cultures, and prepare for the challenges associated with international HR standards and practices.
Below you will find substantive areas from which you can choose one tailored specifically to your needs.
Scope of development in the program (preferred choice of 1-2 areas):
Global HR Management:
- Objective: Equip participants with the tools and knowledge necessary to manage human resources in an international context, considering cultural diversity and the complexity of global structures.
- Key Topics: Global HR strategies, cultural differences and their impact on team management, global HR standards and labor laws, integration of global HR processes, building a global talent strategy.
International Mobility and Relocation:
- Objective: Develop skills in managing international mobility and employee relocation processes effectively and in compliance with regulations.
- Key Topics: Relocation policies, international mobility management, expatriate support, visa and immigration regulations, managing risk and compliance in relocations, employee adaptation to new cultures.
Building an International Career:
- Objective: Support participants in building and advancing their international HR careers, with an understanding of the specificities of different job markets.
- Key Topics: Planning a global career, building a global network, differences in recruitment and selection across international markets, negotiating employment terms in different countries, developing cross-cultural competencies.
Innovation and Technology in Global HR:
- Objective: Develop skills in leveraging modern technologies and innovations for managing HR at an international level.
- Key Topics: Using technology to manage global teams, implementation of HRIS systems on a global scale, digitization of HR processes in global structures, HR data analytics in an international context, automation of HR processes.
